If a preview runs out of commands without returning to camp, it ends in a recoverable draft. Execute will not start an empty camp run or erase the plan.

After a successful preview, Execute runs that same full route for real instead of clearing the plan and idling at camp.

During a run you see the climber and the stranded teammate as they actually are: waiting, carried, or safe at camp. The next stance and its cost show before the step.
A failure stops on the blocked span so you can keep the legal plan and repair it. Planned and committed edges stay distinct; we do not draw a second path.

The cliff is now a portrait, pannable rescue scene. Tap an anchor to preview rope, resources and footing in place. Planning and execution stay separate.
During a run the camera keeps the climber and the next stance in view. Celebration waits until the team actually reaches the safe ledge. A failed plan can be repaired in place.
Skin switching lives in Settings. New players get the new default; an explicit classic choice is kept. Switching skins does not reset the route or records.

The cliff rescue scene is now the default view. Switch to the classic view while keeping your current route and run progress.
Route costs and rehearsal results are labelled as estimates and do not write actual results. Only execution records a result.
Keep a route for editing or retry the original plan to compare actual route costs.
